A lot of these songs have been remade and it’s funny how the new generation think they are original songs 😅

@bronzejourney5784I was born in 76 but my mom played this music in the house on record albums, so I learned to love this music and it brings back great memories of growing up. As a matter of fact, I can’t stop boogying to it right now! Over and out!

You can always tell when a Gen Z or Millennial select the music that makes the list. Back in the 70's and 80's. Dozens of new songs would fill the airways every few months. But that doesn't mean they made it into the clubs. Had to be the kind of music that moved you to the dance floor. It was all about the dancing. The fashion, the look, had to fit the mood in the clubs. Now in my 60's i can remember everyone moving to dance floor when "those" songs played. Ring my bell, i will survive, bad girls, MacArthur's Park, theme of King Kong ( disco version) were just a few. Lived for Friday and Saturday nights. Weed was abundant, Quualudes were popular, no HIV back then.
@flwranglerI love both disco and rock! 70's were the very best with the music
