PSA- I went to aggressive on the plyometrics without getting my quad strength up first and resulted in jumpers knee. Strengthen those key muscles first THEN shift to plyometrics!

Do you do this before you run or after you have warmed up a little bit(5 minute walk or something) will it pull muscles if I don't warm up?

@AkashSingh-ro5mzI wear ASICS, with pretty thick heal soles. Do you recommmend doing these plyometrics in those or would flatter, weight listing shoes be better?

@zahidkhan04and if you do a lot cardio burn all your fat once your at a low body fat % now building muscle is harder because you can only make muscle from fat if you don't have that you'll have to bulk up.
@mcmolly2887people that do a lot of cardio burn a lot of fat but when you have a low % of fat on your body your running will result in burning that muscle at some point. im in my 40's and at my age as a woman I start to loose muscle and its important for me to focus on building muscle.

@ebradyZThis strategy no longer works because many African marathon champions have proven it wrong. The real endurance and strength are not the workouts in gyms.
