@casheighty8In high-end tempura restaurants in Japan, they use sesame oil.... Oh boy... the tempura have such a divine taste. Issue of this oil is price, so not found in many places...

@tubejacaIm pretty good on all my oils, their smoke points, and when/how they are best used.
My biggest takeaway from this video is how canola oil got its name. You learn something new every day.
Excellent topic,avocado and extra virgin olive are my go to's and I use grapeseed on my cast iron.
@michaelbaumgardner2530I use flaxseed oil to season my cast iron griddle with and it works great!
