This 30-minute program is perfect for ages 7-12 and can be done 2-3 times a week with minimal equipment.

My son is 8, he wants to be able to lift 20 lbs by spring... I talked him down to 10... Would working him up to that be safe and possible within the time frame? My lowest dumbbell weights are about 5.5 lbs..

My son is 12. He is very interested in working out and lifting weights now that he is in middle school. He has had a lot of trouble with Sever's disease, but swimming has really helped. I am hesitant about weights, but I would love to see home get stronger and gain more confidence.
