Hello, my name is Coty Bourque and I’m LCSW and worked at Grand River Hospital in Rifle, CO when I noticed these attacks. Please help, me and my family are in danger and I have tried many different avenues for help and justice. I have been pretty much incapable of working due to these attacks and they seem to be blocking my ability to get my license renewed. Someone has hacked into all my accounts such as my email, ICloud and possibly other online accounts like Facebook, and have possible made fake accounts.
They have done something that has allowed them to have remote access to my phone and they are capable of manipulating things on my phone such as deleting and adding photos. They are also capable of intercepting and blocking text and phone calls. I believe there could be identity theft or blackmail involved in addition to discrimination. There is much more going on in this case. In which I have also been targeted by DEWs. Sonic weapons, and other technological weapons that have ru. ined my life. They are even capable of manipulating electronics in and outside of my living space.
Symptoms resemble Havana Syndrome but seem to have possibly more symptoms. When I lived in the area of Rifle, CO, another therapist who worked at the same hospital committed suicide and I truly believe there could be a connection and maybe he was experiencing some of the same things I have over the past 5+ years, but I do not know all of the details other than he was fatigued, and de-pressed, but have suspicions. These weapons seem to be military grade, as I have continued to be attacked in New Iberia, LA, the same and more since living in Rifle, CO, where I really started to notice it. I have evidence such as EMF recordings, photos, videos, and audio recordings. I’m trying t find someone who can help with this or who will at least hear me out and review the evidence I have.
