The one pedal that I would never sell unless immediately buy another is the revival drive hot rod . Rabea reviewed the hot rod a video which I repeatedly play when I need to feel inspired. Never tried the cali but very tempted. Either pedal is a great addition to any rig and you don’t need high end stuff to pair with for multi effects. I can’t afford quad cortex or the keeper axe stuff but Nux, valeton or anything sub £500 would be more than acceptable.

Using the same kind of setup in my home studio except I've replaced the QC with a MOTU Ultralight and use my PC with plugins Neural DSP etc, into the FX Loops of my Rockerverb 50 with a HD400 to remove hum. It's the best home setup I've ever had, inspired by Bea, can't thank him enough.

This goes for new and gear too. Even though Ive since upgraded to Tonex and plugins. Ive ran my old RP1000 in 4 cable method, cabs set to "direct" (IR's off), right through the fx return of my 6505+ 112 combo. And better yet, there were a few unsuspecting models that were pretty indiscernible from the preamp of the peaveys red channel. the RP1000 had a model of digitechs 2101 tube preamp processor...set the "2101 saturated" model... it did the 5150/6505 thing better than the actual model for it🤣
