In this advanced cardio interval workout, we take you through a number of 60 second exercise intervals with 30 second rest periods.
This Body Project cardio exercise routine is designed to maximise calories burnt and optimise fat burning.
I started this workout in 2017 and in 3 months of dng it regularly with proper diet and portion control I was able to loose 15kgs and more. And fast fwd now ,after my second delivery with 5 yrs old daughter I’m still continuing this same exercise which is helping me to reduce weight .
One great thing I noticed here is my 5 yrs old daughter who s a god’s child always hav instant smile and blush wen she sees Daniel in the screen .i donno wat aura he has .!!but all i could wish is to see my daughter smile and blush seeing him each and every day for 30 mins continuously..😊she even smiles and recognises where i keep mob to see him or ask me to take her out to watch him on television even is she s sleepy ..i wish all good health to Alex and Daniel couple who made my daughter ❤

Day 1- ✅ barely got through it but yay
Day 2- ✅️ was not bad today but later half I couldn't push through lol
Day 3- ✅️ today was real good! Had a lot of stamina today
Day 4- ✅ came back after a few days! Today was ok but the stretching I rushed cause it’s sooo long
Day 5- ✅️ took things at my own pace
Took a long break oops
Day 6-✅ felt like throwing up
Day 7-✅ Kinda went all out tdy :)
Day 8-✅️ half assed this so bad
Day 9-✅ Wanted to sleep in so bad….
Day 10-✅ Locked in so hard tdy, I feel good
Day 11- ✅️ donee
Day 12- ✅ was so tired today but I was motivated to do this!!
Day 13- ✅️ I'm not consistent at all lol I'm back after 2 weeks, but the workout was good today!!
Day 14- ✅️ done lmao
Day 15- ✅️ did it after eating today but it wasn't as BAD as I thought itd be
Day 16- ✅️ lowk twisted my lower back it hurtsaa
Should we do these exercises daily or once a week? Because they are very tiring.
