Are any of you really country boys? Do any of you know how to prime a water pump on a frosty morning in the winter time? Do you know how to trim wicks, or how to cook on a wood burning stove? Just curious.....I was raised a city slicker but ended up a country girl at the age of 16 and have loved it every since.

Austin, I seriously hope you didn't shoot yourself in the foot by quitting home free and then going on AGT. We know how that worked out for the first audition. You are brilliant, but ... think man. I know you want to do your own thing ... but many artists have made a huge mistake by leaving something great and trying to go it on their own. When I saw you, you looked familiar and I couldn't place it. Home Free was the first thing that came to mind. Sadly, I honestly had to agree with the judges. You've one more chance. Make it a good one.
Just look at this video and how much fun you made of being independent. Now, you're here, trying to be independent. You're going to have to step it up.
But then again, Thank God I'm a Country Boy is where you belong.
Did you know that John Denver auditioned 3 times for Six Flags over Tx and was cut every time? If you want to continue on this path, AGT isn't the end.
