I have had a night in hostel in London (Elephant&Castle) for 14 pounds. Hostels in centres of Cardiff, Bath, Edinburgh, Glasgow for less than 20 pounds. UK is not very expensive, it is more expensive to eat than to sleep. Tiny hot dog on street is 3.5 pounds. Republic of Ireland is costlier than UK. Kebab in Galway 17 euros, same portion of kebab in for example Madrid, Spain 7 euros.

The buses are good for tourists I started using yesterday but terrible transport slower than walking bus an hour late and then can get on in the 2 days using the bus 2 hour late for going somewhere these buses are useless they don't have many bus lanes as middle class use the tube or train the buses are not taken seriously I enjoyed the 3 days trying but for transport you need the train 40 min journey 10 miles to where I am staying the bus 2 hours in theory but took 3 today. I don't know why people take the bus if not working and can't cycle may be

@AbdulRahim-cu7yPlease don’t call it subway. It’s called underground or metro, both more universally understandable terms. Subway is very specific to New York and means something different in London.

@filipepedro8272For "free walking tour" usually the tip is between 10-30 euros or dollars or pounds per each participant. Some people offer even a bit more. Because the guides are doing, in general, such a great work for at least 2 hours and they are local insiders which rely only on tips (do not have a salary). These tours are such an amazing way to see a city or more of a destination! I encourage to take walking tours:)
