I think sobriety is a huge one. I haven’t had a drink for 7 years now and I look infinitely better now than 10 years ago. When you get to our age you can tell just by looking at someone’s face as to whether they’re a drinker. What you put on the inside really does show on the outside…..

i put more effort into fitness and eating more protein while i’m still working on consistency.. and got off trail a bit.. i noticed a difference while subtle.. my waist more defined, my upper body slimmer, I actually felt more comfortable in a tank top this year and more energy..even my older son noticed.. lol and get this the scale slow as it is started moving..😮 i thought it was never gonna happen!

You mentioned in a past video you had to get your thyroid balanced and you are gluten free. Can you talk more about supporting thyroid for so many if us that have challenges here? I have hoshis and am also 100% GF and on meds but I feel I still need to make improvements.

I go to Glowbar monthly and keep up with my facials but on a day to day I also have a regimen... in addition to the regular products I use retinol and hyaluronic acid and vitamin C products plus sunscreen of course.

I prefer long hair too but i think that layering the front just helps lift things up. i dont think the back needs to be cut

Love this! My glow up tip: nutrition. Protein and fiber from whole foods instead of supplements. If I miss my daily robust salad, I feel sluggish and less radiant.

Also, I agree about alcohol! I joked to my doctor that it’s like drinking poison, and she responded, “It is actually poison. And it travels to every cell in your body. New research shows there is no safe level of alcohol.” Going from 2-3 glasses of wine a week to 0 made a HUGE difference!
