Before this I did a HIIT workout for 30min for 2 months . I got used to it so I switched to this one .
.
It's hellah tough , so many burpes and push-up ( I can't even do a one Good pushup and now so many)
.
I will update you all in my comments and please remind me if I forget in case ,

J'ai aimé la séance (même si c'était un peu dur pour moi, je pense avoir réussi au moins la moitié des exercices) j'ai fais du mieux que je pouvais, les exercices sont intenses et j'aime bien même si j'ai parfois du mal à respirer 😂 mais ce qui est vraiment génial c'est les étirements que vous faites à la fin pour éviter le courbatures, beaucoup de personnes n'en montrent pas à la fin de leur vidéo.
