Hi! Very, very nice video. I tried the five minutes version. It came out very flat, a little bit undercooked didn't raise and it has the texture of a french crepe suzette and I'm not sure this is the wanted result. I'm trying to understand what is the problem... batter is too thick in the pan? Wrong temperature?. In any case it was good but not perfect. How can I make it better?

4:08 idk how your dough looks so moist. Mine looks dry and crumbly but I followed your recipe as instructed.
@Mind69420I don’t know grams. I know cups. 😢someone help me here. For the flat bread.
@billiejeanbaccus159THANK YOU 👍
@jennyjohn7386Thanks 😊 that was great.
@mine2394Lard for the tortillas for the real deal.
@JMJ-GratiasThis is great for Passover - thanks!
@d2w173Hey! I am super excited, I followed your recipe for the bonus, most simple flatbread and for the first time in years I've been able to make a most tasty flatbread. I am going to continue and then try the others later, but today it was good.. We are never too old to learn.. It was perfect.. Thank you.
@lotusflowergs7OH. MY. GOODNESS! My Paratha turned out just perfectly, Tim! So much better than any of the other flatbreads I've made in the past. I served them with the Viral Doner that's going around - also fabulous. Roasted peppers, Sumac onions and Tzatziki - the best meal we've had this week!
@icardeveryone01thank your recipe i take that..
@Lover-ux5vpnice chief
@Lover-ux5vpTim, I can't wait to try them all ... Paratha might be my first attempt! =]
@icardeveryone01I'm using whole grain.
@judylee1860❤❤Brother, I have become your fan. I live in India.”
@RAJENDRA-h1m2qLavash is from Caucasus, not armenia
@amnzxc4322Pro tip: for the tortilla part, do not use olive oil, use lard. Many mexican tribes and also lower economically fortunate mexicans long used lard as pig was the cheaper source of meat and fat. Lard is signature for a good flour tortilla instead of oil
@solz2636❤❤❤ thank you 🎉🎉🎉
@TheLindbergbillWhy is it everytime I try "liquid dough" flatbread it turns into a pancake?
@freekupoDankjewel Tim!
@wousel_officialMake it convenient for your subscribers by doing it in whatever you want to do it in but include cups we don’t use that
@mamame58Why do you do things in grams and all that other stuff instead of cups in the US that’s what we use mostly cups you have to search around and find the conversion short and all that it just makes it harder do better.
@mamame58Can you make these with fresh milled flour?
@200shoesZdravím cz 😮😊❤
@petrkoucky5799Thanks for including Armenian lavash in your video!!!! The best bread in the world. Much better in a tonir (tandoor) but this one should be amazing too!
@Music-yx9uvI'm American and you know we are incapable of learning your metric system. All this gr and ml stuff doesn't compute. We're good with Tsp and Tbsp tho.
@BigBlue1026thanks. will try it
@VV-el1gsThank you will give it a go, although tend to not be successful at these things...
@lotusflowergs7I tried the emergency one and it came out like pancakes!
@jkeogh12345678What are the carbs?
@pennyhochhalter3065Bonus at the start of the video? MVP!
@xen32Mine turned out like raw dough inside and nothing like demonstrated. I did everything as instructed. So I’m stumped!🤔
@johnpaul2102TL:DR. You can get this information from 30sec YT shorts.
