20 Scariest Horror Movies Of The 2020s So Far

Video Overview & Insights

The best horror films of the decade that'll scare the pants off you.

6:12 “The invisible Man” should be an easy role for any final girl to play, seeing as every man becomes invisible to women as soon as he fails, & or flatout refuses to make viable, access to “actually secured personal-space” for his alleged loved-ones, let alone foreveryone else’s individual(s), who’d warrant a real-world “safe-space(s)”, type “SafetyPod(s)” first, & foremost of the time(s), @all times, & or for in the first place.

0:00 - Intro

0:37 - Oddity

I do not understand the love that The Invisible Man gets. Even if you can get past the story trying to convince you that Elizabeth Moss is desirable to the point of stalking, the movie's ending is ludicrous.

1:37 - Host

2:36 - The Empty Man

Barbarian, weapons, UNDERTONE ? really ? yous guys must be nuts. The first part of barbarian, in the house where they met and all that awkward situation is completely gold, is peak lvl tension, but at the moment they go to the basement its over, weapons is garbage and undertone is one of the biggest deceptions of the year, if not the biggest, i was hyped as hell to see it and man, what a deception, the word scary is going another way and this is what scaries me the most

— @wesextreme

3:34 - Talk To Me

4:27 - Nosferatu

A list like this without Sinners is a major fail. Do better

— @kylefenwrick5706

5:15 - Relic

6:11 - The Invisible Man

I saw the TV glow is a poor film that people of a certain political persuasion will tell you is great. Its really very, clearly average at best

— @liamsbest9

7:09 - Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor

8:08 - Barbarian

I think its cool that I saw the tv glow was mentioned. That one really fucked me up for like a week. It unsettles and stays with you more than most full horror movies do.

— @alanisemc

9:03 - Bring Her Back

9:58 - The Sadness

Most beloved? Nosferato is BARELY KNOWN!

— @BlackHatCinephile

10:51 - I Saw The TV Glow

11:35 - 28 Years Later

You don know that. Whadda you know about it. Are you sure?

— @BlackHatCinephile

12:29 - Undertone

13:32 - Weapons

I dunno wut you sed. What'd you say?

— @BlackHatCinephile

14:34 - Saint Maud

15:18 - Strange Harvest

I farted💨🥴

— @BlackHatCinephile

16:12 - Obsession

17:01 - Watcher

I SAW THE TV GLOW and UNDERTONE were both corny.

obsession, Talk to me, Host, The invisible man, Hell house LLC carmichael manor, strange harvest, The sadness, and Bring her back are the only real scary movies on the list IMO. I really like all of these movies.

Weapons is just s remake of vash

@prayagmovies804

Nosferatu was boring.

@matthewklein660

I have finally seen Obsession and thought it was a fantastic horror film. I have never been more scared of a human being than by Creepy Nikki, played brilliantly by Inde Navarrette. How she moves, how she speaks and especially how she looks freaks me out.

@jamesmendonca2900
@

Undertone was fucking horrible

@PaulGrygorcewicz
@

Bring her back was way better then I expected 🔥🔥🔥

@PaulGrygorcewicz
@

list is fine but the video needed a different narrator since the one narrating this isn't doing a good job.

@ProtectorJamie

St.Maud was boring as hell - it’s only saving grace was the last five minutes

@simonfarnes914
@

We haven't had a scary film since Sinister !!!

@AndyRichie-m9p
@

Near 10 of them are not scary at all. Be real here!

@irina1296

There’s one good movie on this entire list. It’s not a great movie. It’s a good movie, but every other movie on this list is absolute trash.

I saw the TV glow is cute, grotesque, original, but too short and surreal to be scary. Beau as well, minus its runtime. I don't know, I have the impression you just took the most recent movies, and threw them in

@enricogori1945

Horror mostly sucks these days. It's littered with Allegorical high art bullshit that believes it's being clever but simply comes off as pretentious and mostly forgettable.

@Necroblitz-v7t
@

nothing was scary about I Saw the TV Glow or Invisible Man.

@thecunninlynguist

what's with the thumbnail

@Solidus9899

These movies are not very scary.

Beau? Are you just trying to be different or do you actually believe that?
