What happens when two rival colonies of 1,000 ants go head-to-head in the ultimate rich vs. poor ecosystem simulation??
In this video, I built two completely different ant civilizations separated by a deadly river. On one side, a lush jungle colony with rich soil, carnivorous plants, and plenty of resources. On the other side, a harsh desert wasteland of dry sand, sharp spiny plants, and scarce food.
This appeard on recommended. I loved it. Ver well done. Story was great and the landscapes. I was hooked from start to finish.
Between them lies a dangerous river crawling with aquatic predators like dragonfly nymphs. To survive, both colonies had to face extreme challenges—from uncovering hidden treasures and outsmarting deadly traps like the sticky Butterwort, to surviving an invasion from a massive enemy ant species.
But on Day 100, the ultimate test begins. I build a bridge connecting these two worlds. Watch until the end to see the final results of the simulation: will they share their resources and form a super-colony, or will it end in total war? Same style as Dr Plants and Terragreen videos.
Seems ants are smarter than we are.

@NSA_Watchlist_BaitFun fact, all worker and soldier ants are female, the only males in the society sit around, eat, fly and have sex in the air with other colonies of the same species during an annual “nuptial” flight, and then they die a couple days after producing enough sperm for a queen to lay eggs for 8-15 years, depending on the species.
