@muslimnargisifyI was a post-graduate student of RMIT university in 1999-2000. I remembered there was a very large skating place for children located on the same side of and next to the Victoria State Library. At that time, in the afternoon, leaving RMIT, I walked along Swanston Street to watch the children playing skating. Now in the video it is a grass ground. I don't know if my memory is correct or not? I really miss Melbourne and RMIT. Thanks for your video!
