Video Overview & Insights
#Restoration
Super to jest odrestaurowane pozdrawiam serdecznie.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This pizza drum oven hasn’t worked in over 70 years… It’s rusted, broken, and probably unsafe. But today, with our restoration skills we’re bringing it back to life — and yes, we’re going to try cooking a real pizza in it. Let’s see if this rusty relic still has what it takes!

Hello, where go the results of chemical treatments ? In dedicate places I hope, not in the nature ?
I always wanted a pizza oven that could reach temperatures above 662°F degrees.(350°C)
When I saw this oven at the flea market, I immediately wanted to buy it and restore it.
you did a failed renovation like that pizza 😂
In this video, I didn't just restore the oven; I made it capable of withstanding high temperatures.
All the materials I use are claimed to withstand temperatures of 932°F (500°C) degrees.
Quel galère pour pour réparer cet objet mais bon quand on n'aime, le résultat a la de la classe ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Unfortunately, I made three mistakes.
1.The insulation material burned when the oven reached high temperatures.(insulation can be seen around 27.10 on video)
2.Although it claimed to withstand much higher temperatures the rockwool began to smoke at 572 °F degrees (300°C).(I removed it off-camera)
3.White paint was also a mistake. Some parts of it begin to change colour when the pizza is cooking.I will paint it to black in the future.
I love that pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕
I did not use a thermostat in this oven because it could not reach 752°F (400°C) degrees in any way.

@LauraPeterson-tf6zbThat pizza oven appears to have served a long career in a bar/bistro/pub where it baked a jillion frozen pizzas. Now it can bake more.

@mariajosejz9434Türkiye'de evli kadınların yaygın olarak kullandığı bir fırındır. Türkçe'de "davul" fırın olarak adlandırılır. Güzel bir işçilik!
@volkanyilmaz5048To my eyes that thing was too far gone, but hey, you did a great job.
@tonyday7233Always love a good restoration video, but I would say that oven is not 70 years old. These were not around in 1955. ❤ I'm nearly that age myself.
@megwolff58Awesome restoration and a wonderful tasty looking Pizza at the end!.

@andresdelafuente3783Great result and excellent video. I like that you admit to mistakes (many restorers don't!), and I really like the insets in the corner of the screen showing the original state of the part you're working on. Excellent descriptions in the captions, they are very helpful.
Minor English subtitle correction: sandpaper is measured in 'grit', not 'grid', e.g. 400 grit.
