Otis Tooles dad and grandmother were satanist. His dad would pimp him out to men for sex when he was a tiny kid.
He witnessed every kind of evil on earth when he was a kid, so he did not develop a conscience. Human life had no value, not even his own.
Henry Lee Lucas had a mom who was a prostitute. She would dress little henry up in dresses, put curlers in his hair and send him to school, so that when he got home, he would look presentable for the pedophiles that she sold him to.
She abused him horrible. And when a man who witnessed his abuse, made her stop in that moment, Henry was not used to anyone defending him, so when that same man who protected him from his mom, took him out to the barn and raped him, he still saw the man as a hero.
Serial killers are not born serial killers, they are made into serial killers. They have no conscience and have lots of inner rage.
This is why God created Heaven and Hell. Is it conceivable that someone who kills people would enter Heaven? No, for God is just and does not wrong people. Whoever kills a soul unjustly, his punishment is Hell, wherein he will abide forever. Look at the divine punishment; is it not harsh? No, it is absolute justice.
