I was wondering if I would be able to tell which items on Thrive Market are Bobby approved before I buy them?

1 Rack of lamb
Some things from Costco
1 teaspoon each smoked paprika, cumin, oregano
1/2 teaspoon each ground turmeric & coriander
Dear Bobby, I think you better investigate someone thinks from Costco. That are not a 100% like they're Olive oil.I tested it in a lab seventy percent fake
1 clove garlic
zest and juice 1/2 a lemon
Love lamb!
1/2 cup runny tahini
1 large handful fresh parsley
Those coconuts aren't at Sequim costco
Extra virgin olive oil
Water
I love it when you and your brother are both on for the food taste.
Ghee or avocado oil
Salt & pepper
I would love to shop with you. Thank you for your videos. This stuff is never at our costco in PD , Calif.
Make the spice rub for the lamb chops by adding the paprika, cumin, oregano, turmeric, and coriander in a small bowl. Mix well and season both sides of lamb with salt and spice rub and allow to sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the tahini sauce by grating the garlic fine and adding to a tall and narrow vessel. Add the lemon zest, juice, parsely, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a few cracks of pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the tahini, olive oil, and 1/4 cup water. Blend well with stick blender and keep adding more water until the consistency is like a thick sauce. Check for seasoning, you will need more salt and lemon.
Never. No baby sheep for me. Same with veal. Not me.
Preheat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add ghee or avocado oil to coat the bottom of the pan and place a few of the chops in the pan, be careful not to overcrowd. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook another 2 minutes. Cook the rest of the chops in batches and keep the cooked chops warm under some foil. Serve lamb chops with green sauce and enjoy!
Ceasar Dressing Recipe:
What about soap for the ladies
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
I love lamb. No one else does.😕
Juice of half a large lemon
1.25 teaspoons stone ground mustard
I don't agree with you re Costco peanut butter. Bought it, and I could literally pour it out of the jar after mixing.
1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt & few crack of pepper
I love all of your videos! Can you tell me how to get my Costco to carry the products you recommend??? My Costco (actually 4 in my area) do not carry the most of the products you recommend. Would love to know how I contact Costco to get some attention.
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
Heaping 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Hello Bobby I tried downloading the price check app but unfortunately it does not have the selection for country Canada? Is there another way to get the App as I am a Costco Canada shopper, merci
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
In a medium size bowl, add the grated garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Whisk well.
Hi, Bobby. I've eaten the lamb there. At Costco multiple times. One thing my mother always taught me about lamb. Always have a little bit of mint Jelly. To go along with it. That mint accent to the flavor of the lamb is really great.
Add the mayo, parm cheese, olive oil, and whisk very well. Check for seasoning. You may need more parm cheese or lemon. You want the flavor to be bold and aggressive.
Dressing will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days.
I wish Costco sold a 6 pack of Dr squash deodorant. It's the best on the planet.

When did you stop sticking with organic???
@Smilingeyes523Unilever acquired Dr. Squatch in June 2025 for 1.5 billion! Need to check if the ingredients are still good.
@judyfisher25Sugar in meat? Can never wrap my head around that
@MicheleLawrence-f5rAgain, most of the food you just bought is not available at all Costco😊
Do you know why?😊
There is a different between lamb and mouton 😊
@MicheleLawrence-f5rLamb is good for you but not good for your budget, happy for you that you can afford it😂
@MicheleLawrence-f5rUnfortunately, I don't eat pork or shell fish
I went to Costco when I first got my Costco card and went way over my budget. I went back to Sam's. Now, I have a Costco card and a Sam's club member card.....which Sam's also have superior products but at a more reasonable price.
I’m Greek so I love lamb!!!
@GringoSuave904Sorry Bobbie, I have tried to eat lamb 3 different ways and decided its a travesty I can live with 😂. Can’t stand the taste or smell, even with lots of spices.
@PetraHeiserI love rack of lamb especially on the grill.
@kimhofman60Victorias Marinara is our favorite. Costco price is incredible. We buy by the gallon.
@lmacdonald1281Almost 100%? I am a supporter and appreciate you doing what you do for all of us. But how do i interpret almost and 100% in the same sentence? Which one is it please ?
@bindao5731Going to Costo tomorrow. Have so much more to look for now. Glad I found you.
@richardriggs4413Is this USA Costco stores?
@phantomgamer330We are Greek we definitely eating lamb.😂
@NicolePassias-uv9ugNo line. What time of the day did you go to Costco? No matter what time I go , there is always a line.
@firsttake3042Stop with the high sodium stuff.
@carolshirley6975Thank you for the education!
Love lamb; especially a rack
I have a jacket just to shop at Costco! It’s always freezing-
(in Florida)!
Castaway/Wilson- the drinking coconuts will be fun for a party or dinner!
Thank you
I'm not a vegetarian, but I just don't understand how anyone can eat a baby lamb.
@Bigley76Are the Kirkland peanut butter jars in plastic or glass? I try to avoid high oils/ fat contents stored in plastic with the increased potential of micro plastics getting into the food whenever possible.
@katrinasimmons9288I'd love to see a video on budget healthy foods. While some of these are loves not everyone can afford them. I'd like to see healthy options that are accessible to at least most. For some the $200 on 10 items is an entire grocery budget and maybe even for more than one week.
@ineslazalde9629I buy the rack of lamb, REGULARLY. I make a marinade, but YOURS looks EASIER (I'll check it out)! Is avocado oil regulated? Olive oil is, but I'm not certain about avocado oil, though it's certainly preferable, over SEED oils! Those BOULDER potato chips are a GREAT price, indeed. But I'm a senior, and should nonetheless cut down, eating even a "healthy" form of potato chips(!), tempting though they are. The microgreens and fire-roasted vegetables are worth attention! I get the Polish sausages, and the beef patties, both 100% grass-fed, regularly.
I trust: Bobby Parrish, Dr. Berg, and Dr. Gundry...with various nuances, according to my own profile. THANKS, Bobby. 👍
No lamb yuk
@NancyMoody-ec7wtSorry, but I cant eat baby animals. There are plenty of other meat sources that one can eat that at least get to live to adulthood. I say leave the babies alone!
@TeresaCatherine-wi9coLove lamb❤
@dariachiri6987Bobby I've watched about 20 of your videos and there's 1 thing that you never do whenever you talk about olive oil you never talked about the importance of making sure that it's cold pressed instead of heating pressed heating extraction loses and destroys nutrients cold press is the most healthiest olive oil you could get and you never talk about that
@dr.johnpaul7374ANOTHER GREAT VID BOBBY, SUCH GREAT INFO U RELAY OF THE GOOD STUFF. TY
@ZTRAVLRThank you Bobby!!!!!! Many parents want to make healthy choices for their children, but it is a cost issue. Especially, when many American families are living on fixed incomes, working multiple jobs to pay their bills. This is huge and will help many families across The Us. Never Stop Helping Other's!!!!!!! God Bless You and Your Family.
@peterruby5186LOVE, LOVE LAMB !!! BEST CHOICE OUT THERE !!! "GATSBY"
@markwade225Do you remember not that long ago when Bobby had to literally hide that he was recording a video in Costco? Now he's recording right there in the checkstand. Progress.
