Itās disgusting to see judges make these mistakes & thereās nothing that can be done to them. They deserve punishment when their decisions put other lives at risk. They especially deserve punishment if lives were lost after and because of their decisions.
Not turning himself in is what 100% of people would do in his situation. Nobody does that. If they're truly wracked by guilt then they commit sui. But nobody volunteers for prison forever.
