now google has less income from websites and blogs hence it is now playing tactics on youtube and it will also distroy youtube within some years

"Put the label on for you" This is ridiculous. The solution is to ban those channels altogether.

Now if they could get this "AI" label in the search results, home page, and subscription pages.
Then... finally, we can finally have some way to potentially get a personal filter to disable seeing AI content...

HORRIBLE! Video's are no longer judged by quality (or lack of it), but by the tool used to create them. Google/YT uses AI everywhere and declares nothing. A notice on videos fuels anti-AI rage, and that's bad for everyone. Most image and video editing tools are AI-powered now. Do you now have to declare you made your thumbnails with Photoshop or the VidIQ tool since they are AI-powered??? Bad call by YT.

YouTube is becoming more and more unbearable. It was the first time in my life that I earned money from YouTube.
I made $1,200, which is slightly above an average income in my country, Armenia.
I joined the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) on March 13, and on March 19 I requested my address verification PIN code.
It was supposed to arrive within 3–4 weeks, but it still hasn't arrived to this day.
On top of that, the money I had earned is gone as well.
They demonetized my channel, and I felt like I was having a heart attack. It was a nightmare.
They are unbearable.

There should be general law (not only Youtube) but every kind of medium, including websites, newspapers, digial or even physical form. Anything that hacve synthetic (Ai) conten in any way it has to be labeled. Also a possibility for discrimination (search, view,) should be given by default.

I totally agree that AI use should be disclosed before I even click on a video. AI use should be demonetized! It's not actually helping anyone and it's destroying the environment!

For anyone that is curious, here are the three steps that are needed to get saved and be right with God who loved us all, for eternal life with him!

If YouTube's systems detect significant photorealistic AI-generated or AI-altered content and the creator did not disclose it, YouTube can automatically add an AI label.

However, you should disclose AI use if you create realistic AI-generated scenes that viewers could mistake for actual footage or photographs.

Viewers should also be able to set automatic filtering to even display AI content. This way, they will see how many people actually like it (or not).

They future will see is this is realy good for YouTube because they already tag wrong video's with AI, monitizing they are kiling that so why would people stay and if people leave advertising will leave now wait till a new Platform comes that don't care and companies will follow

Strange to know the fact that this label doesn't appear on AI content made by famous youtubers.

I label ALL my videos with AI use (altered content) even when I don't have to. I make dragons, elves, vampires, etc... so I'm not required to many times... still do it anyway. Not trying to hide anything. If people don't like it... don't care.

When uploading long videos, the AI label was explained somewhat strangely. When uploading shorts from a phone, it was clearly stated whether AI was used or not. For example, META AI has started using an indelible watermark on the video screen, right in the middle, like Sora's. Previously, AI content creators considered publishing videos with AI watermarks low-quality, but I don't see anything wrong with it—both the viewer and the hosting platform understand how the video was created, especially since it doesn't interfere with viewing.

It makes no difference. Wasted effort on YouTube's part. I think Universal Music Group has bought YouTube over. It seems UMG is controlling everything YouTube is doing nowadays.

It's really amazing how many people are against AI Generated content. AI Generated Content has gone so far beyond just entering a prompt in a box and having it spit out a video for you. There's character design, Set design, Story boarding, script writing, ect. basically the full film production line that is now involved in real AI Generated Film making sure there are still people who just enter a single prompt and upload whatever comes out but that's not real AI Generated Film making anymore.

I am not a fan. I use AI in the making of the videos. BUT, I am a musician and have to fight all the time to get people to realize I am a hybrid creator. I use a DAW and I do generate some computerized instruments but I play my own bass parts and sing a lot of the songs. There is no Hybrid button so people just assume it's all AI: music, video and all. My music is not all AI generated but I guess I will be labeled as such from now on.

This is weird and ethically hypocritical as Google (YouTube) sells an AI service Gemini, and an AI music service called Google Flow Music and Google sells an AI video service VEO, flagging creators for using a product they are paying Google for is nasty work!!! Any legal opinions on this? So they can profit on AI like people are suckers, they sell them AI content generative services and then demonize AI content. What happen to freedom of expression and the kicker is YouTube is a Google company and Google Gemini users should be exempt from this, in fact Google sells AI services so YouTube shouldmnt be allowed to do this. Where are the AI advocacy lawyers? People judge too much, if you 100% human videos are so good why is everyone whining.

The AI water mark should be bigger label 😂😂😂😂😂there sooo many stupid people out there can't distinguish Ai content or real content. I'm currently live with a roommate whom fit the criteria😂😂😂
