😂 Those who suffer from schizophrenia, permanent hallucinations, or severe paranoia due to using these substances—or who even self-harmed or committed suicide out of sheer terror during the experience—are either currently receiving treatment in psychiatric hospitals or are already unable to speak out.

I took a small hit of LSD just to see what it’s like and a couple of hours in I thought to myself - this is alright, but it’s not like super “out there”, it’s just like MDMA, it gives you a nice buzz and a nice high. Then, I went to go buy a burger because I was feeling hungry, and along the way - the cars came to Life. Like how they each have a face depending on the model, and how they sort of struggle to get up a hill if they are underpowered and/or overladen. It’s like they have a “machine spirit”, a spirit that suffers even if they are not biologically alive, a spirit that suffers and struggles, a spirit that enjoys as well depending on the type of vehicle, like a race car would enjoy a track. It’s like we as human beings are their Gods, and we should treat them with respect as our creations.

Many people know that using LSD while something pretty negative is going on is a bad idea.Odds favor that it wont help the situation but make it much more intense.

I have never tried LSD or any "illegal" drugs at all, but I do have a lot of experience with lucid dreaming, and those dreams apparently have a lot in common with the effects of LSD, so I think I might have a little bit of a feel for it.

One scenario that I started thinking about quite recently, and that for some reason strikes me as "a potential LSD experience", is a scene where I imagine myself sitting on a beach, and I have the feeling that the Earth itself is breating, and the horizon looks as if it is extremely close, almost just a few feet away, and yet at the same time feels very distant.
Then I see a huge flock of birds come flying in the distance, and slowly pass me while constantly making high-pitched almost melodic bird sounds, as if they are talking to me - kind of like an enchanting cacophony of descending glissando notes - and it seems to grow louder and louder;
and in the middle of all this, I imagine the sun shining in a sharp green colour, and rhythmically grow and shrink in size, with the rays in a swirling pattern that slowly rotates around the sun.
