New podcaster here! I found this to be sooo helpful. You're the best!
You know how some podcasts grab you right from the first few seconds—and you just have to keep listening? Why aren’t all podcasts like that?
The truth is, most podcasters assume their audience will stay just because they hit play. But that’s not how it works.
I'm starting a podcast. I have no idea what I'm doing. This is very helpful. I did it wrong I think.
So in this video, I’m breaking down a simple but powerful formula for structuring your first podcast episode—the one that will hook your audience and keep them coming back.
What You’ll Learn in This Video:
WOW! This was VERY HELPFUL!! ❤❤❤❤
✅ The essential elements every great podcast episode needs.
✅ How to craft a hook that keeps listeners engaged.
This is great! Also, timestamps would be so helpful!
✅ The storytelling formula that makes your content unforgettable.
✅ Why your first episode matters more than you think—and how to nail it.
Excellent breakdown. ❤
If you're launching a podcast (or want to make yours way better), this is for you! 🚀

Thank you for your insights, my pod cast is going to be about my full and uninteresting life lol, but mostly about how at an early part, like first grade is where my personality started to develop and change, from being bullied but well liked and then addiction started work it’s way into my brain, but lots of stories and life events that shaped me and made me who I am

@NasasiraSwaburahHey I love your vidéos and content. I started a podcast "That Shy Life" and my aim is for shy people like me out there to know they are not alone and to share stories where we relate. I don't really teach or solve problems. How can I structure this?
@ShyShyNtOk
@meethaALOOi am making a podcast, that has more of a story to it and I'm completely new and horrible at writing scrips and this helped me very well. If you want to know the name it is called The Outcast and im working on it at them moment but sadly i have not posted any of the episodes yet and I'm having trouble finding out how to.
@TheHollyLabI am thinking about starting a podcast that relates to my and my husband's coffee shop in Portland, OR. I am specifically in charge of the baking and roasting the coffee, and I can definitely see how this might be a fun podcast. Our philosophy for our shop is creating a cozy and warm atmosphere but providing quality coffee and bakes for our customer base. I can already sense some excellent episodes. :)
@drpayne22Great thanks. My episodes have been super long but I do wanna update my podcast show notes ❤
@talbubblesWhew! This was great!
@domoarigato303Hi!! I was hoping to book a discovery call and see there are no times in December but it won't let me click into January. Is there not a calendar set for next year yet?
@gingerbaker2104I've had an idea for a hotel/resort podcast. Spooky stories, guest encounters, staff gossip etc. I'm not giving "advice" to anyone per se and want to figure out how to use the hook outline for this style of podcast. It is called Whispers From the Inn.
@sarahstrbrycakeI am launching my first episode on my new program, "Public Health Decoder", to help folks find and manage their healthcare through short stories. I thought I was ready to go until I watched your episode here. Now I am redrafting my content into hopefully a more watchable and memorable pilot episode. Thank you, Hiwi!
