THEREFORE >>> The petroleum Industry imports the heavier crude, which cost more money to transport
AND >>> The petroleum Industry passes on that transportation cost to US consumers
BY >>> Keeping prices HIGH at the gas pump.
WE NEED TO >>> REGULATE the petroleum Industry just like a utility, because they are vital to US working families economy

More of the GDP every year just goes to the highest earners while the people who already make less take home less and less. This why GDP increasingly is a meaningless number other than for the people who own the most. I don't see it getting better and people in the middle and poorer classes have just gotten poorer for 40+ years.

Rising stock markets are an indication that the rich are getting richer, NOTHING ELSE. The rise of AI is nothing to celebrate. The whole purpose of AI is to replace human workers, with all their unreasonable demands, with workers that make no demands at all and cost a company owner next to nothing. Of course, in the long run, AI will advance to the point where it will decide that the company owner, bleeding off all the money, is the company's biggest problem! The problem with "GDP" is part of the formula is Government spending. The Government is spending a ton of money right now and big corporations are pouring a ton of money into AI. What everyone has forgotten about the Great Recession was that Times were tough, when Tariffs and other costs got so high that avg people couldn't buy what bussinesses were selling, businesses collapsed.

I dont know who is lying. We own a flooring contracting company real estate is in the tank. Foreclosures have exploded here in our area. Most of the landlords we service are opting to fix and repair flooring over replacement. This makes our business hurt. This economy is rivaling 2008 crash.
