Mi sembra che la moda del momento sia la fermentazione, il ramen, e le zuppette con spruzzi colorati. ...... ovvio non so quanta soddisfazione al palato dia un tofu vegano. ???? Credevo che il tofu fosse vegano di suo. Le melanzane le adoro anch'io per la Norma, per il purè, per gli spaghetti che sono la buccia (1 cm) tagliata a listerelle e lasciate al sole per togliere l'umidità. Poi gettate in padella olio aglione e coperte con la carta da pane a fuoco basso sale alla fine pepe. In queste cucine c'è o una estrema sofisticazione con i fiorellini rosa, o una esaltazione di carni banali o una mescolanza di troppi sapori.

Just a small note, since you said you love eggplant, I wanted to mention that Turkish cuisine has so many amazing eggplant dishes. You should definitely check out “Karnıyarık”, “Ali Nazik”, and “Patlıcan Kebabı.” Once you try them, I think you’ll love them.

@MajalteRamen is meant to be affordable comfort food and Sifu went way too far with charging so much for it. Up to 10 USD in Japan versus 30-35 USD for ramen is Sifu, who are we kidding....
@abcde12a3These are pretension looking food which can be found in any top notch restaurants around the world. There is no need to go all the way to Amsterdam. If he wants proper Dutch food, Yotam should do a YouTube clip on the best buttered bread topped with chocolate sprinkles.
