I used to not like brushing my teeth at all, and usually brushed once, but ever since I watched you, which I believe was 4 years ago, that's when I started to brush twice a day, and sometimes three to make up for the days I only brushed once. I also started using toothpaste that contains nano-hydroxyapatite, which that defintely made my teeth less aching!
