I don't know what's wrong with me but anytime I try background anything, I can't hear myself think. My staff all wear headphones and listen to music while they work and the work very well this way. I just can't do it. I seem to need total silence to concentrate. What am I doing wrong? I love music and have specific tastes, but when I listen to music, that in itself is the event. My concentration is on the music and where it takes me.
