Otherwise it's the kind of film you'll watch if you're bored and there's nothing better available, a few mildly amusing bits, but it's very forgettable. Obvious plot, obvious jokes and the baddy has the worst attempt at an English accent I've ever heard. Two stars and that's being generous.
It had a budget of just $7.5 M and still made a significant loss earning just $4.2M at the box office. I can see why this got nominated for several Raspberry awards.
