Wife Realizes Her Husband Just Killed Someone
Video Overview & Insights
This is Sandra Mahar.
The wife already admitted that Vincent had been harassing them nonstop. This man had been sent off to the Vietnamese war and that's something that our guys will always pay for. Vincent finally met his maker. He should've left that man alone. Everyone needs to leave this man alone now.
Police were called to the trailer she shared with her 76-year-old husband, Wayne Mahar, after a neighbor reported hearing gunfire coming from the property—just minutes before Sandra arrived home.

Will you Americans at any time ever understand that you don't need guns? It's not about the 2nd Amendment, but the actual fact that you could all live peaceably, without fear or aggression, without them?
You're still in the infancy of being civilised.

@Hero504YThe is definitely guilty
@bodycamrangerI sort of understand why he didn’t get a trial, even though he admitted everything…
Medical issues aside, so no trial, then dont release him, in Australia they get sent to a “Forensic Hospital” basically a prison that is a LOT more comfortable, till they are fit to stand trial.
Surely they can’t just send him home and “keep an eye on him” that’s not fair for the victim.
He needs to be permanently removed from society till he either dies or is fit to stand trial and face the consequences for his actions
So glad I get to watch your vids again! After a good day of work in the sun, no better feeling than sitting on the couch and tuning into your channel!

@Omid17_7Sad story. But let’s keep giving mentally unfit people access to guns so that some people can get killed and other people can make a lot of money 👍🏻👏🏻🙄
@humanpotatoes4958ptsd from being a mechanic, sure
@xelabwewGood he got off!
@JetteCanadyWell done. It is a fairly well known case, and I know it's tough to find/research cases that haven't been featured elsewhere, since there's so much TrueCrime content available. But even a small channel like yours, I'd encourage very rare cases so you can differentiate yourself. Cheers from Montreal
@rodfrancis267Poor guy fought for this country and Obama and Biden let them all in
@LaChingona9422This man got off of murder with really bad acting skills and everyone bought it. Absolute madness!
@1david12HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL !!!!!
@jae178-s1zCommon sense gun regulation could have prevented this.
Thanks, gun nuts.
That man should never have been left alone with a gun.
@BlackCatsAreG00DLuck11This is ridiculous. He should be imprisoned in a mental institution. I guess he walked free cos he offed a jerk
@sameleanya4987"I can take care of myself."

Dementia is awful, particularly when you harm or kill another person.

@LavaCreeperPeopleJust as a side note, But I think our Vietnam Veterans are definitely part of a broader discussion. My Dad was a Vietnam combat Vet and a US Marine (he was the best man I ever knew in my life, he died from agent orange in 2017) but it was really disgraceful how this country treated Vietnam vets when they came home, and the way that the Veterans Administration treats them still to this day is really pitiful. And so many of them ended up dealing with substance abuse issues, serious mental health issues on top of PTSD, they didn't get the medical care they needed, they came home poisoned by Agent Orange , they had things thrown at them, they were called horrible things. I mean our poor Vietnam vets were treated like garbage by this country and then they never received any mental health care for it. So a lot of them struggle with anger, blackout rage, homelessness, addiction, and a lot of things that stem from not receiving the proper care they needed when they got home from a really horrible war, to even more horrible treatment from fellow Americans. And so many of them, like my Dad who was only 18 when he went to Vietnam in 1968, were just teenagers, and most of them got drafted or like my Dad, couldn't afford to go to college so they joined the Marines, the Navy, or the Air Force (draftees would go into the Army.)
I really do have sympathy for Vietnam veterans and the struggles they go through. It doesn't give him excuse to take someone's life, but it does shine a light on an even bigger systemic issue, which is the mistreatment of Vietnam vets and the way they're still not taken care of properly. Not to mention so many of them are dying ealy from Agent Orange, which the government used to kill the dense jungle and vegetation to build air strips, but it also ended up poisoning and killing the veterans, their children and grandchildren, and the people of Vietnam and all of the generations that came after. I'm a big advocate for getting Vietnam vets the care and respect that they fought for, I'll continue to fight for them as long as they are still alive.
This man definitely did the wrong thing, He should spend the rest of his life in prison, but I don't see much of a discussion being had about his service in Vietnam, how it affected him, and if he was able to receive adequate care. He was clearly very troubled.
At The very least, if you see not a Vietnam Vet, please tell them welcome home. They might look at you funny but I guarantee it means so much more to them than they will ever tell you.
Sounds like they should have been calling the cops on the piece of work neighbor. Never a good idea to take matters into your own hands unless you are certain you're within the "stand your ground" laws.
@toastreconso he got away with murder because the victim was an "asshole" and also he's too old and incompetant (but he can still legally own a shotgun because 'Merica!) to stand trial and be convicted of murder. so he gets to go home and enjoy the rest of his life. got it
@ichigen511but they... at the VERY least took his weapons away, right? my god
@SweetAshGamerBro the storytelling in this video was actually insane, the way the crime scene was set up and revealed piece by piece kept me hooked the whole time and the editing?? Seriously next level. The cuts, the pacing, the music everything made it feel like a mini movie.
Didn’t expect a youtube video to pull me into the story like that, amazing job👏🏻🔥💯
Deputy how you doing?
He was attacking me...
Yes, I figured dementia in there. Was he able to keep his weapons???
@ThatzNikki_NicoleThey are only ever sorry they got caught.
