Puma Roma messed up my toes. I accidenlty bought like 5 pairs at one times. Different colors. And gave me calluses. Bunyon. Calluses. And some weird bone marrow thing g on the side of my feet. Shit is depressing and my toes look like rakes now when they used to be spaced. I really loved those shoes. But costed me pain in my foot for years. Still struggling to heal my feet

As a sprinter who toe runs regularly, that heel action causes joint issues down the line. It's also the wrong running form. Those sites were Ajay designed based on proper running biomechanics, which is toe running. It should feel like bouncing on your ankles being the spring, and no impact with the ground whatsoever, you glide and propel forward with the ball of your toes. At that point, it feels like your flying.
