If they were allowed to count the mail-in vote as they came in you wouldn't have this issue.
As most of these ballots come in days ahead of election day.
But instead they are not allowed to open or count the mail-in vote until the polls are closed.

I live in California and had numerous problems getting a ballot , only to receive one the day of the election ….. that was after several calls one to Colorado where I was directed. I only received a ballot when I started yelling fraud . I am one person who is registered as a republican and wonder why it was so difficult …… no I don’t wonder . We tried to vote our governor out and still believe that election was rigged.
