I don't understand this. Who said this is Portugal's golden generation ?! This is just an agenda to prepare a narrative irrespective of the result of Portugal's performance. If they lose, they will say CR7 couldn't win it despite having their so-called golden generation. And if he wins, they will spin the narrative that it was their best team, hence he won.
The real fans will never burn CR7. It's only the posers and glory hunters who will do that. I will say this Zeeshan bhai, I am a Portugal fan not Ronaldo fan. For me, Ronaldo is still the key player although he is not the same player as before. I support him as coming from the bench as I feel he can be more effective.
