@amontahir7480Important to note that these cluster missiles, with most of the times only 1-2 launches, are intended to disrupt day to day life for the average Israeli and put pressure in that way, while exhausting Israeli interceptors.
If Iran wanted to strike specific targets, they would use hypersonic missiles or Kheybar Shekan, or at the very least normal non-cluster warheads.
