You have to try Cuban Chicharrones de pollo. Chicken marinate in Mojo sauce then lightly floured, fried in medium heat until chicken in almost done. Remove from oil and again dunk in the mojo sauce. Raise the oil temperature to high and refry the chicken until outside is super crispy (should only take 2 to 4 minmutes) yet the is chicken still moist inside! Serve with any Cuban sides! maybe with some creamy mojo sauce for dipping. If you want the full recipe, I can post it here. Few are the restaurnats that take the time for the complete procedure. But it is heaven!!!!

Iβm actually really glad that they showcase all these different food videos including the ones about lunches as well because this is what I am used to because thatβs what my lunch systems were like at school they had a lot of things for everyone. They had culture things healthy things unhealthy things and they pretty much had like a whole system and everything ready to go for us and what tell us OK pick out a meal that you would want for lunch that is from the menu look at all the choices that you have and think to yourself which ones would be the right choices
