I think the age at which the brain is at it's most powerful is sometime around 8 and 10. After that, it's all experience that are making you smart.

Mostly feel like there's always some one better than me. Gladly reality teaches nuance and different capabilities, being smart also comes with so many niches.
I'm 28 and I generally say that wisdom comes with age. And I am definitely a better version compared to when I was 12 or 18.
Practically people are getting smarter with every bit of knowledge "the more you know", and creativity usually isn't what people think it is ✨

I want to answer that question as an adolescent. I think the smartest age is 14–20… yeah, of course not everyone is the same, but have you guys ever noticed that people between 14 and 20 are more active? They want to try new things, and their brain works faster than that of older people or children. For example, me… since I was 14, I have been trying everything 😅. One day I want to be a cabin crew, but the next day I want to be a CEO, etc.

@rickylopez5000There is no single "smartest" age, as different cognitive abilities peak at different times, though research suggests overall psychological functioning and crystallized intelligence (wisdom/vocabulary) often peak between 55 and 60. While raw processing speed and memory tend to peak in the 20s or 30s, emotional intelligence and critical thinking continue to improve later.

@TriNCMfunny, in chess, after 30/35 players start to decline. Most often retire from professional chess at the age of 40.
On the other hand, you have kids that are 12 reaching the Grandmaster level.
I do not think one can say that 65 if a good age for chess, on the contrary
the smartest age is your age you can everything if you try
