People always want to know the same thing about the Zs or any channeled being: how do we know we can trust them? In this conversation, Lee Harris answers, but he also flips the question. We readily distrust spirit, which we have been taught to be skeptical of, yet we are strangely uninformed about which humans in our own lives might actually bring us harm. His first reason for trusting the Zs is simple: they never tell you what to do. If they did, he would not channel them.

Along the way, Lee draws a line around what he calls true spirituality: a primary relationship with love, wisdom, and peace. Not spirituality or religion used as a cover to justify hatred, division, or the idea that one group is better than another. People have long hidden lower feelings under the name of belief, he says, but that is breaking down as more of us realise we can have a direct relationship with the divine, without needing anyone's permission.
The most practical thread is about the power of your own words. Lee shares how he reminded a friend, exhausted from intense spiritual work, to simply ask his angels for help integrating it and for rest. It can be that simple. Not one desperate sentence expecting an instant fix, but a nightly practice: angels, please help me rest, please bring me peace. Whether spoken aloud or held quietly in the mind, it is an affirmation of intent, a focuser that tells the universe you are willing to collaborate. We forget, he says, that we are allowed to command with our words, and that speaking a new direction into the air is one of the ways we get unstuck from fear, grief, or anxiety we have become habituated to. He closes with a wider view: the soul always has a job. Even those no longer in a body, whether guiding beings like the Zs or energy movers balancing the planet, still have a relationship with us and where we are going.
