I only used to travel to Las Vegas a lot, and drove all over - the drivers are C R A Z Y in Las Vegas. That's why you see NAQVI and Ed Bernstein billboards. Lots of personal injury attorneys are making lots of money!

I feel like there’s now like a hard-core like early risers and then like a second wave of people that get up later in the day, I noticed that too like I think it’s a ghost tunnel all the time early in the morning. The places that I live and visit particularly.

Hey I live in the Chicago suburbs but have worked in Chicago a lot. I don’t see this being any worse than the driving and traffic out here tbh 😅😭

I live in Germany. It's interesting to see what it's like to live in the USA. One day I'll definitely come here on vacation; until then, I'll just dream a little.

Las Vegas is not on the West Coast. It’s in the western United States. I grew up in California and now I live 100 miles from the coast. I don’t feel like I live on the coast. I don’t understand why people in Idaho and Nevada live on the West Coast dumb.Dumb

It's 2 years later and the Strip has outpriced the middle class. So nobody but the rich can afford it.
Lots of people are losing their jobs.

This was quite helpful for me! Thank you :))
@wealthydreamlifedailyDo not worry about water in Las Vegas. My water is only $29. Per month. Heat is dry heat in Las Vegas. ZERO humidity not like the Midwest or Southern States, Las Vegas no Earthquakes, No thunder storms no Disasters.
@martinmaranan931We love Summerlin
@deanbeaudryHave you been to Oregon
@AlanCramer-k5zAmerican dream woman
@israelapduhan3113Enjoying your videos....read about Terrible Herbst..you like the history! :)
@natalies7950We love going to Las Vegas but I feel like if you lived there the strip would no longer feel special like it does now.
@anthonymrbsLiving in Las Vegas is similar to other places. The cost of living is approximately the same.
I'm grateful it doesn't shut down at 5 p.m. You can get a good meal 24/7.
The one thing you didn't mention are the bus routes. Most are 24/7. Others aren't. There are places where bus service is limited or doesn't exist.
Weather. You've got to be kidding. It can reach 120°F. THAT'S HOT! Don't let anyone fool you. You don't get used to it.
Traffic on the freeway is crazy. Your best bet is surface streets.
Other than that, nice video.
One more thing. There is a lot to see and do if you can afford the money and time.
The good thing with Vegas is 100-110 degrees is obviously hot but it’s so much better than 85 and humid here in West Virginia
@briansimpkins985It’s not bad at all other than all the foreigners and horrible drivers and it being 110 degrees almost all year round but great centrally located to other popular places in other states..mt Charleston and red rock are great places to hike backpack etc .. lived there for 2 years first 1.5 years in a condo close to the formerly hate rock then 6 months in summerilin
@briansimpkins985Would you be so kind to recommend a realtor? Thanks
@nocturnus7151I live in Lake Tahoe and everything is far. We have to go to Reno to do our big shopping. Another thing is that people here (the tourists included) drive so slowwwwww! It drives me crazy too. We can’t even chose another lane because most of our roads are one lane in each direction. It’s so frustrating!
@theplatinumtakeoff6215Yes i do like winco
@VictorR-cr5rrWe are thinking selling are California home and retire at 55 mobile home park,also buying RV for the 3 summer months to leave town
@VictorR-cr5rrWe need another updated video please!!!!!.
@Dante00721Terrible’s name came from a time the gas station owner used scantily dressed gals to pump gas and other gas station owners called them terrible and the owner adopted that name. It’s a huge company who also have interest in slot machines in Vegas 🎰 we lived there 25 years and moved back to PA, a move I hugely regret. I loved, loved, lived living in Vegas.
@ValeryKlaricWhat I like about Las Vegas is that people think that organized crime is gone from Vegas. Whenever there is that much money in a small area, criminals will be everywhere. Casinos are financed by money laundering. They cannot make a profit when a casino is dead during the week. Casinos and other businesses financed by bank loans and paid off with drug, prostitution, loan sharking, extortion, protection, etc. money.
@markzzsmithSpot on, enjoyed you 🤠
@ejfischer3170Thanks Ruby, I am watching your video from Kolkata, India. Your description regarding Las Vegas is good one.
@rajaadrizaSummerlin and Henderson are like rich areas of Vegas. I wouldn’t technically call it living in Vegas in my opinion. You’re kind of away from the actual strip.
@magical8013I'd like to visit Las Vegas someday...
@justin34595Me being single , I think will make it harder to afford anything there tho. 🤔🤷
@jimwatts4901You're hot ! 🔥And yeah , still thinking of moving there. 🤔
@jimwatts4901You're in the middle of a desert with nothing around you for miles, I'd go insane.
@tastygravy6880Not much of a color palette for homes, browns & Tans an occasional white.. A lot of Rocks. Intense summers. Nothing wrong with that, it's just not my cup of tea.
@Frank-in-NYThank you for this. This is one of the best “Moving to Las Vegas” videos I have seen on YouTube. After visiting LV many times over the years (almost annually) I will be making this permanent move in a couple of months. Your insights on the transition really helped.
@jaysee27Trader Joe’s!!! ❤️
@MelissaMajewski-p4uUnless you love hot weather you will HATE Vegas.
@parrotletsrunearth1173I’m from Milwaukee. I’ve been living here 38 years now. I’m currently 41 years old.
My daughter starts high school this fall. As soon as she graduates high school, we want to relocate to Las Vegas. She would like to attend UNLV.
I’m glad to have come across this video as we wouldn’t feel like the only Milwaukee outsiders living there.
I currently work construction here but I’m not sure if that’s what I want to continue doing over there.
How is construction over there like?
So, how are you enjoying your summer power bill? I can't believe how many times it reaches 120 degrees each year. Just a future warning for all in regard to health. You're not going to find the skilled surgeons to help you if you require a complicated surgery. For those with kids, Nevada is second to last in education performance. Las Vegas has changed its school superintendent 4 times in 10 years that's lots of money being wasted on school materials.
@tuffguydoe7937So 2 1/2 years now and I’m just seeing this video! But I’ve been following since you had 25,000.
@zalix512Your better to buy a house and not rent in Vagas due to the no state tax and low house cost. If you rent your over paying a morgage rate by over min 60%
@PresleyKingSwat67Im so curious as a person who lived in Humid moonsoon type tropical climate, was it true that LA temperature changes are very exaggerated?
