Hey this is super random lol but I learned this super recently from an eye doctor, it's actually not the blue light that hurts our eyes the most it's the glare. I need to look it up still but I think blue light mainly affects circadian rhythm, but I do know the portion about the eyes so if you have blue tinted glasses for the purpose of protecting your eyes I just wanted to give you a heads up! I'm in no way to judge or question here but I'm curious if anyone can answer me, Wouldn't that role of Cyber security could be easily taken over by the rise of AI? I don't want to switch career and invest time and money into something that can be easily taken over by a dedicated AI cyber security threat detecting software
