Chef Giulio Caccamo cooked for the US Men's National Team at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. In this interview from The Food Chain on the BBC World Service, he reveals what goes on behind the scenes to feed an international squad, from carefully timed pre-match meals to post-match burgers and desserts.
