This was so good! I appreciated being able to binge watch it. Made the whole thing so much more enjoyable. Would love to see more unique shows/movies on Netflix!

My husband and I really enjoyed The Boroughs! We binged it and now I'm here, looking to see what's next 🩷

This looks funny and will have to check it out because loved Stranger Things, but still have not finished the last season. What would be a funny alternate show like this is to take famous TV comedy couples and put them in a retirement community like this. Al and Peggy (Married with Children), Hal and Lois (Malcolm in the Middle), Debra and Raymond (Everybody Loves Raymond), those are a few of our favorites. But I did have an older neighbor now passed away, a few years ago, who claimed his older neighbor next door to him a few years before him, would see little green men in is home around the corner from us. They have both passed away now. . . Could have just been dementia, though.

How is it that Alfre Woodard still looks the same as she did years ago!? Even if she’s using Botox, there’s no wrinkles around her eyes. She looks exactly the same she hasn’t even gained weight!❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

This show uses those spiky yucca plants the same way horror movies use crows. Couldn’t unsee it after episode 1

I found this series to be filled with good sentiments and values. It was well written, well directed, good casting, had great acting, and included great sets and scenery. Once I started I watched the entire series in one night/day. I hope they bring out another year or more. This is a high quality, expensive series to create. No cost was spared in creating this "extended movie".

I just finished watching all episodes. Something seemed off about the series. It seemed very amateurish. At some points, the dialogue seemed corny. The series was good enough to keep me watching.

Performative cool from elders who should know better, desperate try-hard energy from older folks acting overly hip and “with it,” when age and experience should’ve taught them better. It just comes off forced, unnatural, and extra cringey. The relationship between Davis and Miranda is cringe worthy to say the least - I know they are trying to push every female trope going right now: old women are sexually desirable at any age (apparently), they are strong independent intelligent kick-ass fighters - who’s partners are soy boys, they have careers, blah blah blah. Netflix does not know how to write female roles anymore. And are they really trying to tell us that smoking pot is the “cool” thing to be doing? These characters have the emotional intelligence of teens.

This show needs a second season ! I want to know more, there’s still a few questions we need answers to.

They could’ve done better, the should’ve made the ceos look more like a creepy witches . That scene in the tunnel when the ceo wife was over the guy would’ve been 100% more scary if she looked like a witch . Not an ,orange glowing eye baddie.

Geena Davis (esp.) must have some blur filter mandate in her contract cause she looks like an AI fuzzy victorian portrait whenever she’s on screen (exponentially noticeable when cutting back-and-forth from other characters close-up) ugh.. it’s disingenuously gratuitous and a theme nowadays particularly with actresses it seems.

It's terrible. A waste of great actors.

Just binged this - its outstanding! Moved at a good pace, had wit/humor, spooky/creepy moments. more diverse characters than Stranger Things, and a couple of unexpected twists. Highly recommend.

I’m on episode two and I think the thing that’s killing people is the owner of the Burroughs either the husband or the wife. They are the original owners and haven’t aged because they feed on people.
