I had a question if I could, and I don't mean to pry, if it's too personal, you don't have to answer, I was just curious to like how much you pay in rent. Where you are in thailand it just looks like such a beautiful place.

Thank you so much for posting your videos! I have been here in the states my entire life, 39yrs old now............I am fully aware of how drastically different not only cost of living but quality of life is abroad in select countries to include Thailand as a country I would also absolutely love to be & live in long term. I Have to say I have done a massive amount of research into multiple different countries in terms of my own long term goals, ie; moving & living abroad permanently leaving the U.S. long term & the more of this I see from people like you the more reaffirming it is that life is far better outside of the U.S. so long as you are willing & able to make the changes, implement the logistics & actually move! & with that said thank you! I really enjoy watching your videos to me they are a source of good insights & useful information. I Cannot believe your toilet water is purified! so unnecessary but it speaks to the affordability and quality of life contrast again outside of the U.S. - Thanks! please do a cross Thailand country travel video some time too! I Would love to see you guys compare prices for food, rent, travel, amenities in different locations across beautiful Thailand thank you!

Don't worry about communication problems in Thailand at all. We can use our mobile phones to translate languages. I live in Nonthaburi, and currently, an UK family lives in the same village as me. They are a very lovely family. I'm not very good at English myself, so sometimes we use the translation feature on our phones to communicate.

@viz8420English is part of the Thai curriculum from nursery school through university. However, most people can live comfortably without ever needing a foreign language. The way English is taught usually focuses on grammar rather than conversation, so students study for paper exams rather than real-life use. Without daily practice, the language eventually fades away. Usually, only those who need English for work or who put in the extra effort to teach themselves become fluent. While Thais admire those who take the initiative to learn, many don't see the point when their entire environment is Thai. Unlike some Southeast Asian countries where not speaking English makes one de facto a second-class citizen in their own country that isn't the case in Thailand. Here, business owners can be very successful without speaking a word of English—if they need it, they simply hire someone to do it for them. So Thai people know English, some can understand without pratice they wont familair with tone therefore they wont understand despite it so basic and its what they have learned when they were young. The new generation I wonder is anything change cause unlike before this generation born with fast internet AI smart phone learning language is as easy as a click on mobile screen.
@lucca_leeI'm going because it's a simpler life where there is more team work and less self-entitlement like in America.
@byrnesljrสวัสดีค่ะ🙏Enjoy. 😁😁
@paulwest9466I want to move there when I retire too. Waiting for my children to grow up and finish their studies/degree first. Good for u for choosing Thailand. 🇹🇭
@noonmanji2086Could you make a video about schools? Thank you
@SandralexazThe air quality and dangerous pesticide use because of it being a jungle is not a safe environment for children.
@LindaH444-b2u❤
@realPomeloNan province is also beautiful and much more local than Chiangmai
@albatros190Can you do a video on which of your visited countries have the most for the elderly or people with mobility issues. Grocery delivery? Getting to o and grow on wheels? Safety? Good treatment?

@auenkhamenkit9183You're. Welcome ❤❤
Curious why you didn't chose Phillipines because they speak English there 🤔
@begreat6545What is a good country to raise kids or live is a very personal question. It depends on one's culture, values, lifestyle, budget and education. Even family ties. You do not need to explain your choice and it might not work for others. What is important is you found what works for you. Meanwhile, many Thais relocate to the US, Australia or even Singapore for better opportunities for their children or job prospects and most are happy doing so.
@Peter-pe6ppI’m Thai and I still live in USA. Back in 2006, my son was 3 yrs old I remember that i had to pay $700/month for the day care 😢.
@AmpaiShannonWelcome to thailand ..❤❤❤.U
I thought you moved permanently to Albania? I guess you're not staying anywhere permanently. I spent 6 months living in Thailand twenty years ago. I still follow the expatriate community. Long stay visas are difficult. I guess that's not an issue if you plan to move somewhere else before 6 months. Good luck with your travels.
Welcome, all three of you! Your daughter is very cute. That fried rice looks delicious. I hope you have a long and happy time in Thailand!❤❤❤🎉
@Patinya007goverment school are suck better learn home study or international
@carpetgg1634The down point of Chiangmai and Bangkok also is, when it’s in burning season, around Nov-Feb of the years, the city turn into Silent Hill due to ton of PM2.5 dust that’s bad for your health.
It’s so bad that my uncle who lives in Chiangmai for ages has passed away due to Pneumonia. Rest in peace uncle.
It has been a long-standing chronic problem. No government has been able to completely solve it, because some people still lack a sense of responsibility, burning fields and trash without caring about the hardship it causes others.
Please be careful. If the air quality gets worse, try to stay indoors and wear a protective mask every time you go outside.
Wishing you and your family all the best.
I was born in Thailand and completed my bachelor’s degree there. I later continued my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Australia, and I have now lived here for over 30 years.
Over time, I have observed what I believe to be a decline in certain aspects of life and environmental standards in Australia. At the same time, I have seen significant improvements in Thailand, particularly in the overall quality of life and development opportunities for its people.
When it comes to education, I personally would not choose Australia for my children( University level)
. If academic ranking is your only priority, you may think differently.
However, Thai universities today offer more than just academic knowledge — they provide strong social networks, cultural grounding, and valuable connections that can play an important role in building a successful future, especially in business.
$1000 a month is a good living, $2000 boy!, $3000 a month thank you God 😅
@muahhco.226I am jealous your life, I want to move to Thailand too but my son was allergic to mosquitoes and small insects. Hope you guys don’t have problems like us.
