@devinpetermutaga2132I wonder what sort of cardio these guys have… like, they put out an extreme amount of movement with everything in it, full adrenaline for a very tiny amount of time. I’m sure they still train for endurance, but they’ve gotta have their bodies tuned interestingly. No doubt it takes twice the time for them to wind down as they spend active in a round. One round of this and I’d be done for the day lol, maybe 2.
