Watchmojo has hit a new low-jo

They do this all the time. It's not always their music, though. A lot of the time it's some random song by some random band that they're promoting for some reason.

I don't know what bothers me more, the fact that they did that or the fact that I'm apparently jaded enough to go "Oh of course they did. Content is content."

I respect watchmojo for really being the base point for what slop is. I think for as long as watchmojo has existed, if you ever wondered what slop really was, all you had to do was watch one of their videos

You missed the most clear admission that it's Ashkan - at 13:11 he says "I wrote the lyrics" in one of his comments and the description of the AI slop video at 6:05 says "lyrics by Ashkan". So unless they have more than one Ashkan involved in SlopMojo then he's already outed himself as the author of all those reddit mod comments.

A number of things:

1st) With gen AI, you're not doing it. You're telling a clanker to do it for you. The clanker is then hodgepodging numerous bits of music it's stolen to create an amalgam.
2nd) There is no "could not do" with art. All you have to do is put in the effort to learn. Sure it may take years, but at the same time, the sh!t you make afterwards is YOURS. Unless you gave up and started using clankers.
3rd) Typing a bunch of words describing what you would like to hear/see is not being an artist. It's being a supervisor telling his team of clankers what to """create""".
4th) I'm going through the effort to learn music theory and have purchased and learned how to use a DAW. I've composed a few pieces and am proud of what I made. What's best about it is that it's all MY MUSIC. Not horrendous concoctions of other peoples stolen pieces slapped together by a clanker I had do the stealing... ahem... """WORK""" for me.
5th) My music doesn't pollute water supplies with its creation and uses a FUCKING FRACTION of the computing hardware and energy that using a clanker would take. I would MUCH rather take more time and use my own skills and creativity and actually be able to seriously (and correctly) call the work "mine."

I've seen other youtubers rant on the channel WatchMojo, but after all this time JacksFilms finally did it. I mean I don't hate WatchMojo, but there's clearly alot of issues I have with them. It almost feels like they keep making random and stupid top 10 list ideas and I kind of agree with the comments here WatchMojo is probably just an AI channel and isn't a real person because there's no way a YouTube channel can post that many videos every day with a real person creating and uploading the videos. Ms. Mojo can also be included in your ranting on WatchMojo because she does the exact same thing. Lets hope WatchMojo, or the lady from Ms. Mojo doesn't visit your house outside and try to fight you, if they see this video. We can't let you get doxxed again after the one they call SSStalkerWolf did, who has clearly proven that she isn't capable of changing at this point.

They specifically did AI metal covers of classical music because the songs are recognizable and in the public domain so they don’t actually have to do any work. Literally the definition of lazy AI slop garbage.
