Pour s'en convaincre il suffit effectivement d'écouter le single Anna Sun, un titre dance rock imparable, extrait de leur premier qui vous fera danser vite, même très vite. Pas étonnant donc dans ce cas que le groupe ait suscité un engouement immédiat. Suite à sa prestation au festival South by Southwest, Walk the Moon compte déjà parmi les coups de cœur de Nylon Magazine, a été élu "nouveau groupe du moment" dans SPIN, celui "qu'il faut impérativement connaître" dans le New York Post et a même été programmé dans la célèbre émission musicale américaine Last Call with Carson Daly. Walk the Moon s'annonce donc comme la prochaine sensation à l'ascension fulgurante.

Ils seront en concert à la Maroquinerie le 10 octobre prochain avec les excellents "Fun".

I honestly don't know what it is about this performance, but i find myself coming back to it again and again. I think it's the building confidence/enthusiasm in the leas singer, spurred by his apparent realization that his friends and band members are simply in the moment and on the level around 0:37 (that drummer is going through something lol). Just a handful of American guys, maybe a little drunk, having a sing and play along the Seine. It's just a really solid acoustic set, hands down.
