I used to be a hard core fitness person doing kick boxing and running 7.5 miles each day but unfortunately i have terrible pain from osteoarthritis in my lower back these days. I jog most of your video to increase cardio but love the 'team spirit' from you and the gang. Thanks for the post❤x
