Vital Murder Clues | 48 Hours" Full Episodes

Video Overview & Insights

“48 Hours" reports on cases that experts say may contain important clues. Watch the YouTube mini-marathon, which includes "The Hunt for Sarah Yarborough’s Killer," "Murder at the Mall: The Michelle Martinko Case" and "The Yogurt Shop Murders."

We say things like "the system", "they", "the state", "the law or lawmakers", it sounds like we're detached from it and it's an unreachable force we're just subject to. Whatever manifests reveals what we allow, believe, value, tolerate. We choose, all of us. We reveal if we're righteous (good standing with God) or not. So goes the people, so goes the nation, the world. ~ II Chronicles 7:14(Holy Bible)

1:22:48 The Yogurt Shop Murders

YOGURT SHOP CASE UPDATE: In September 2025, the Austin Police Department identified Robert Eugene Brashers, a serial killer and rapist, as the suspect in the Yogurt Shop murders. Brashers, who is deceased, was tied to the murders through DNA testing. In February 2026, a judge declared innocent the four men who were wrongfully accused of the murders — formally exonerating them. Attorneys for the men indicated they are discussing restitution and considering a civil lawsuit.

Just finished reading The Stranger Beside Me by Ann rule, about Ted Bundy. Unfathomable that evil like this exists. So many lives destroyed. Horrible.

He brought up that other girl. It was on his mind. Who in his life had suspicions about him, his behavior. What would his wife honestly say.

I'm fed TF up with our "justice" system's blatant disregard for girls and women. Rapist are not only let off very easily for their horrendous crimes, but they have historically and repeatedly shown to become murderers after their FIRST arrest for rape in very high numbers. When are we going to take these predators and their victims seriously??? How many victims will be enough?? It's up to us as women to do something because men clearly don't care enough because they're not subjected to these disturbing acts.

Repeat Offenders! 100% should be mandated to have DNA taken and entered. Should 100% serve ALL time they are sentenced too. And if prior history relates to a new charge/case IN ANYWAY it should be allowed to be presented in court. MAYBE,…..MAYBE offenders would get sentences that fit the charge, which rarely happens if ever!

What's the point in collecting a DNA if you can't use it? That's absurd!

@Aabb110-x3j
@

In ``Murder At the Mall,'' regarding the genetic genealogy, I am surprised the second cousin once-removed didn't have to give their permission to use the DNA? I guess when you have your DNA analyzed, you sign your rights to the privacy of it. In the yogurt shop murders, I wonder if that Robert Brasher was a pyro. I can't find anything about his other cases; wherein he was a convicted serial killer.

The justice system stinks‼️‼️‼️‼️
Far too many people are released earlier than they should be. This is happening around the world. REPEAT OFFENDERS never can be nor will be rehabilitated‼️

We can afford to build more prisons for nonviolent farm workers (whose crime is to be here without a visa), we can afford to have the largest incarcerated population in the world with a lot of non-violent offenders, but we choose to let violent offenders out early. Why?
