I am with you, dude! I have a particularly large bubble around me..I didn't even realize it, though, until my boss kept walking closer to me, and I kept stepping back. He said,, "wow, you have quite the large bubble!"...not sure why I do, but, yeah,, step back people 😂😂😂

Americans form lines and we wait in line. One of the rudest things you can do in the US is cut in line. If you do that, you could get anything from just a dirty look to even a physical altercation in some places, so do not cut in line. Do not push when you are in line. Do not run to try to get in line in front of someone, etc.. It is very, very rude, so don't do it.

We travel with a Microsoft Surface everywhere we go. I edit my videos on it & use it to backup my pictures and vides while we travel. It’s light and the best travel laptop on the market in my opinion.

Don't bring up politics. America is very divided politically right now. It is possible to meet people and have civilized, rich political debates with them, but with some people they may turn it into a screaming match.

— @MarinaFont-q6l

We use Sony Alpha series cameras to film our videos. They are compact so you don’t look like a super tourist when you take great pictures and videos while you travel.

Don't go.
End of.

— @SNAFUferret

We use Manfrotto Tripods. They are compact, travel well, and honestly I would not use another tripod for my nice cameras.

Lots of Americans practice the “dogpat” on anyone they know at all.

"Don't think the US has 52 states!" --> this hits very differently in 2026. 😄

@piotrb4240

The best don't is to not go to that godawful dump in the first place. The food is crap, the weird religious crap is everywhere, and you can be shot and killed by literally anyone. Stay home safe. Remember, half of the population voted for a psychopath, so every second person you meet could potentially kill you.

Some places are to be avoided especially at night. Most town and cities often have rough neighborhoods where crime and violence is high. Try and avoid those places.
Also when in the southeast and southwest the people are usually friendly in the rural areas but it is a common occurrence for them to be armed. Most commonly you won’t know because a lot of people conceal carry.

In some states and counties if you step foot on someone’s property without permission they can, and often will shoot until you are either dead or off their property. Be advised!

Pro-tip, take the bullet train. You can cover New York City, Disneyworld, The Alamo, Las Vegas, Hollywood and Waikiki Beach in a week.

This one’s important. Do not I go on or near school grounds of any level. I don’t care how curious you are about being an American schoolchild. We are on high alert since school shootings happen enough to warrant safety measures. Most schools have a cop or two who are armed. Taking photos causes worry of stalking and violence. A man was arrested on school grounds even though I’m in an incredibly rural area. I watched as a very confused man speaking French was escorted in handcuffs. We later found out he was a tourist. In the school we had to take shooter drill protocol this means hiding in the corner with the lights off. It’s not only dangerous for you but traumatic for the children

6:13 as an American this is just blatantly not true. So long as you’re outside no one cares and sometimes people will ask you for one. Idk why he would lie about this lmao.

I would say: Don't drink in public. i.e. on the streets, sidewalks and parks. This is usually tolerated in much of Europe, but it's illegal in much of the US. There are exceptions, of course: Bourbon St in New Orleans or the Las Vegas strip, for example. But generally speaking, it's verboten. Do not drink on the street, the sidewalks or in parks.

@jonasgraham9250

Sadly now the rule is much more simple…..just don’t visit the US. 😢

It seems that everyday costs in the US are roughly 30% to 50% more expensive than the UK, is that about right?

@broomybank

Actually there are 46 states and 4 commonwealths. There’s a slight legal difference between the two. In total there are 50.

The funny thing is 90% of people watching this video from outside of america already have no intention of coming while Trump is in power.

The only don't most of us need now is simply "Don't bother going to USA". And as you can see by the crash of USA tourism sector, we are all playing this game together.
