I made this and it was a little bitter. What could be the reason ? I added ginger too

Chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
How much quantity of noodles used
Green chilli – 1
Spring onion – 1 tbl spoon
How much quantity noodles you used? Kindly tell i need to make for 10 people. Please guide me. 😊
Cabbage – 1 handful
Carrot – 1
Which noodles did you used?
Capsicum – Half
Soya sauce – 1 tbl spoon
