I went to Vancouver in 2021 but this time around we ate at new places :) Vancouver eats are delish and Vancouver has some of the best Asian food around (and that's coming from someone who lives in Los Angeles). @carolm20084:30 FYI for visitors to Vancouver planning a visit - you can easily spend a full day exploring the North Shore and beyond. You'd need a rental car though.
The route is Lynn Canyon - Cleveland Dam (walk down to the salmon hatchery) - Cypress Lookout - Horseshoe bay (late lunch?) - Porteau Cove - Shannon Falls. Then turn around and try to make it to the top of Murrin Provincial Park for sunset. It's an ez hike, about 30 minutes.
