It doesn't really matter who Trump wants as his successor anymore. It should be Rubio, and if Europe and the rest of the West had any say in the matter, it would be.
Everybody should watch Rubio's speech at the last Munich Security Council meeting. He got a standing ovation - from the Europeans.
