Everyone focus's on the transfer fee, but it's only half the story. You also have to look at the wages, agents fee, etc.
For instance you might get a player on a free transfer but have to pay huge wages. Or have a couple of players with similar transfer fees but one has a huge agent fees and wages and the other doesn't.
Rashford is a good example. Very low transfer fee for his ability because he's on crazy wages, so unless he's willing to take a big cut in salary to get a new club it puts clubs off.
